In this case “filling” of upper left front tooth was replaced with new nanocomposite filling.
The reason why that tooth looked so bad is classic filling with which the tooth was only patched short-termed!
For long-lasting solution of the problem the filling is replaced with Injection Molding method- aesthetic filling under microscope with Bioclear anatomic matrices of Dr. David Clark.
The final look would be completed when the other upper front tooth and both upper second teeth would be filled the same way, with what would be accomplished needed symmetry and aesthetic of all front teeth.
