In this case the patient only wanted to have new crown, as old one had fallen and was lost. The tooth had been previously endodontically treated with classic method, upgraded with post and it was without symptoms. Of course I did not agree with that, and suggested to remove the post and microscopically treat the tooth again.
What I saw after removing of the post, did not surprised me at all ( canal full of bacteria and pus liquid) as I see it every time I treat tooth which previously was treated with classic method.
