Classical vs. modern root canal treatment

On x-ray records can be seen difference between classical and modern (microscopic) root canal treatment.

Before beginning of the treatment on record is visible that root canal treatment was made with classical method ( scarcity expanded, processed and filled two canals- with white color is visible filling). In part of the canals that is not processed and filled, bacteria have the best conditions for reproducing and from here very easily can find the way to the circulation and cause many chronicle diseases. The bone around tooth is destroyed as result of the infection which from canals is spreading to the next bone tissue.

After microscopic root canal treatment, on the record is visible that both canals are processed and filled to the end of the root. Except both main canals, also are filled lateral canals with warm gutta-percha.  In that way root canal system is hermetically closed and impermeable for bacteria.
